Next Level Apparel is seeking a detail-oriented Partial Carton Consolidator to support warehouse operations at our Ashford, Alabama facility. This position is responsible for accurately combining partial cartons to create complete cartons while maintaining product accuracy, organization, and quality standards.

Job Duties

• Combine partial cartons of the same product to create complete cartons.
• Verify product styles, sizes, colors, quantities, and other identifying information before consolidation.
• Maintain accurate carton counts and ensure products are properly organized.
• Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality during the consolidation process.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged products, or labeling issues to a supervisor.
• Follow established procedures for handling and consolidating inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members and other warehouse departments.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the work area for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move cartons and merchandise safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to accurately count and verify products.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, inventory, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the work area for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and move cartons and merchandise safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
