Position: Treasury Solutions Specialist | Division: Treasury Services Ops

Work Days: Monday - Friday| Hours of Operation: 8:00am -5:00pm

Position Overview

This role is
responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, technical assistance,
and operational support for BNB's Treasury Solutions products. It involves
managing daily customer inquiries, system processing, data input, and
maintenance of commercial deposit and payment services. This position plays a
vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of various Treasury Solutions
systems, including training and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Provides
    top-tier service and support to commercial customers across multiple
    channels (primarily phone and WebEx) for Treasury Solutions products,
    including Commercial Online Banking (iBIZ), ACH and Wire Origination,
    Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, Lockbox, and Sweep
    Accounts.
  • Consistently
    upholds professionalism when interacting with customers, including
    corporate CFOs, Controllers, Accountants, and Owners, ensuring each
    interaction is courteous and effective.
  • Delivers
    high-quality technical assistance for troubleshooting requests, such as
    password resets, user unlocks, mobile devices, secure browser issues,
    token maintenance, scanner installations, mobile deposits, browser
    configurations, payment origination, and other inquiries.
  • Configures new
    customer profiles within Treasury systems, handling ongoing maintenance
    and ensuring adherence to authorization policies and procedures.
  • Manages the
    accurate and timely implementation, filing, and archiving of service
    agreements, product setup forms, maintenance requests, and related
    documentation, ensuring compliance with authorization standards.
  • Oversees
    maintenance requests and escalates customer issues that cannot be resolved
    immediately, ensuring timely follow-through and communication.
  • Provides system
    training to company administrators on user management, entitlements, and
    navigation for Commercial Online Banking and other Treasury systems.
  • Collaborates
    with internal departments to support Treasury Sales and responds to
    inquiries regarding Treasury Solutions for both existing and prospective
    customers.
  • Inputs and
    maintains accurate data for Treasury Solutions services in the Account
    Analysis System (AAS), aligning service usage with appropriate fees.
  • Initiates daily
    wire transfers for Investment Sweep customers, accurately processing
    trades and adhering to deadlines, including manual processing when
    necessary.
  • Assists with
    testing and validating new versions and updates of Treasury Solutions
    products, ensuring functionality and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conducts risk
    reviews of Remote and Mobile Check Deposits on a scheduled basis (daily,
    weekly, monthly) and handles information requests from internal
    departments.
  • Reviews
    customer ACH transmissions, managing payment information processing via
    systems connected to the Federal Reserve and core banking systems.
  • System and
    Documentation Review: Periodically reviews Treasury Solutions reports,
    system documentation, and manuals to ensure accuracy and currency of data.
  • Processes
    requests for ACH and RDC limit adjustments, ensuring documentation is
    properly authorized and processed within payment deadlines.
  • Remains
    informed of relevant regulations affecting ACH, Wire, Security, and Check
    processes to mitigate risk for both the bank and its customers.
  • Serves as a
    backup for Treasury Solutions team members, including support for ACH
    Returns, Wire Processing, and Implementation roles.
  • Completes
    additional tasks as assigned to support the Treasury Solutions team and
    department objectives.
  • This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area.


Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 2 years of bank operations
    experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
  • 2 years of online banking support preferred.
  • 2 years of Treasury Management
    Operations experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some
    college education preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AAP
    (Accredited ACH Professional) or CTP (Certified Treasury Professional),
    are preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven customer service
    skills with the ability to deescalate challenging situations effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in online and mobile banking systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-risk environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting daily deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS
    Word, with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with various Treasury Solutions tools and platforms, such as WebEx, Signature (Fiserv), Calabria, Finesse, DocuSign, Centrix ETMS, TMR, iBIZ, PEP+, and PartnerCare.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace process changes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bank operating systems, interdependencies, and regulatory compliance.

Other Requirements

  • Familiarity
    with standard office equipment, including PC, laptop, multi-function
    printer, 10-key Requires the ability to lift,
    carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much
    as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of
    time during the workday.
  • Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
