What You Will Do
- Manage global logistics for robotics platforms and hardware, ensuring timely and secure international shipments.
- Oversee customs documentation, classification, and coordinate with service providers and vendors to streamline processes.
- Facilitate continuous workflow by executing follow-the-sun handoffs with international peers, meticulously updating ticket trackers and process flows.
- Lead project management efforts using tools like Asana for diverse initiatives, from short-term event support to long-term site acquisitions and equipment imports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, procurement teams, and external logistics/crating specialists.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing timely updates, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing service failures.
- Serve as a point of escalation for vendor disputes and financial matters, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Contribute to the development of robust process documentation and knowledge base resources.
- Navigate multi-story facilities and occasionally assist with lifting 30-50 lbs (team lifts available), supporting hands-on operational needs.
