Job Summary

The Director, HR Process Transformation & Project Management leads the end-to-end transition and optimization of HR processes as the organization moves from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle Fusion HCM. This role manages project plans, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, knowledge transfer, training, governance, and go-live readiness for HR data management and talent acquisition processes. The position will evaluate current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, develop streamlined future-state processes, and ensure successful adoption across domestic and international HR teams.

Job Responsibilities



  • Own and manage end-to-end project plans for the transition of job requisition creation and related HR data management processes.
  • Develop and manage integrated timelines covering training, milestones, resourcing, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Data Management, and other subject matter experts to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate current HR processes from initiation through completion and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Document detailed processes, business requirements, process flows, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and implement knowledge transfer strategies, including training schedules, shadowing, support periods, and readiness criteria.
  • Host training sessions and develop user guides and supporting materials for transitioned HR processes.
  • Manage international pending-hire processes, including status tracking, cross-functional coordination, escalations, and timely issue resolution.
  • Establish governance processes, including status reporting, escalation pathways, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with international HR teams to evaluate hiring processes and document country-specific requirements and considerations.
  • Troubleshoot process issues after implementation and coordinate updates or improvements as needed.
  • Monitor implementation results and recommend process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and operational needs.
  • Support successful adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM across transitioning areas of the business.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or process transformation leadership.
  • Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or business process management.
  • Experience managing HR system implementations or transitions involving Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes.
  • Experience developing process flows, work instructions, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Experience working with international HR processes and hiring governance strongly preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field preferred.


Work Experience



  • HR operations, HRIS, or business process management experience required.
  • Project management or process transformation leadership experience required.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or transition experience required.
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting international HR or global hiring processes strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications preferred.
