This customer-facing role will serve as a technical expert supporting distributors, OEM partners, and end-user decorators through product evaluations, application development, troubleshooting, training, color profile generation, and product launch activities. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience operating digital textile printing systems and will work closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and strategic distribution partners to ensure successful customer adoption. This position requires significant travel and the ability to independently support customers on-site globally. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
