DCS is seeking a Program Manager to lead an anticipated effort supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations Division (B30 EWSO). The program provides engineering, software development, integration, test and evaluation, and sustainment support for legacy and emerging Navy and Joint EW systems. The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership with technical knowledge of electronic warfare, radar, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.

Hiring for this role is dependent on the successful award of the contract. Offer and start date are subject to change based on the final award decision.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor or higher degree from an accredited university in engineering, physical science, computer science, computer engineering or mathematics plus 10 years general technical and programmatic experience with complex Navy/Joint warfighting systems.

Active Secret Security Clearance.

7 years of experience directly related to the management of tasks and programs listed in the Statement of Work.

Demonstrate experience in the following areas:

  • Technical management: engineering processes, plans and procedures, system certifications and approvals.
  • Manage the design, develop and execution of large programs: task/work planning, control of budget, schedule, risk, and task execution, Test & Evaluation (T&E), contract and subcontract management, personnel management and supervision.
  • Operate within the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) acquisition process.
  • Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Sensing, Electronic Attack, Basic Radar Principles, and Electro-Magnetic Spectrum Operations related to EW systems and operations for the Navy.
