Job Summary The Technical Director, Test Engineering will lead the teams focused on launching various products into production as well as sustaining existing products through end of life. The product mix will span RF products (SW, LNA, PA, DSA, Phase shifter), Front End Modules, mmWave, Automotive, Sensor, and IOT. This role leads a team of engineering managers and team members responsible for overall development of test solution supporting prototype sample requirements, product characterization, qualification and high-volume ramp while driving product performance and specification negotiations to ensure low cost and high quality in HVM. This position will be responsible for developing and executing test strategy and OSAT management. The position will support products during the entire product life cycle from product definition through product release to end-of-life. This position requires the ability to define development plans and arrange for resources to execute to the plan. This position will directly interface with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Design, Product Engineering, Packaging, Project Management, Reliability, Quality, and Characterization engineering. The position reports to the Sr. Director Operations Engineering. Roles & Responsibilities This position has responsibility for:
