About the Role

As a key contributor to the talent ecosystem, you will support critical hiring demands by building and executing an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system. You'll leverage your expertise in recruiting processes to solve moderately complex staffing challenges, collaborating on significant projects and identifying creative solutions to enhance efficiency. This role involves shaping hiring strategy and managing candidates across various teams within the organization, conducting staffing analyses, and performing talent assessments to meet business needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers, directly contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage headcount for diverse client groups, ensuring accurate tracking and influencing allocation. Oversee job posting mapping, identify trends to inform hiring strategy, and assist with requisition prioritization and headcount reconciliation.
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of candidate packets, confirming comprehensive interview feedback aligns with job qualifications. Advocate for fair and objective candidate representation, submitting packets for approval.
  • Facilitate internal mobility processes, supporting transferees and hiring managers for smooth transitions within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in staffing processes by identifying, investigating, piloting, and implementing solutions to enhance team productivity.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, supporting long-term hiring initiatives. Educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on open roles and candidate pipelines.
  • Analyze staffing data and hiring trends (e.g., pass-through rates, candidate experience) to develop and present actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize established recruiting processes and tools to identify talent, build active and passive candidate pipelines, and engage candidates effectively. Foster trust, understand candidate motivations, and advocate for an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with peers and relevant departments (e.g., Compensation) to negotiate offers, analyze offer data for trends, and share best practices to optimize candidate processes.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) objectives.
  • Support candidate assessment, evaluate skills against client needs and role profiles, and manage the interview process to ensure optimal team alignment.
  • Manage relationships with key partners (e.g., Staffing Services, Compensation) and collaborate with stakeholders across People Operations to resolve staffing challenges.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruiting initiatives to achieve established goals, influencing hiring managers on strategic talent acquisition.
