Team Structure & Environment

This role sits within the Client Services organization. You will partner directly with one or multiple sellers to support a designated book of business within a pod focused on Food accounts. Reporting to the Account Strategy Lead, you will work closely with the Sales team to drive performance, optimize campaigns, strengthen client relationships, and collaborate alongside a team of nine strategists supporting the broader portfolio.

Key Skills Required

  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables accurately without things falling through the cracks.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear, responsive communicator who works effectively across Sales, clients/agencies, and cross-functional internal partners.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify opportunities or risks, and turn analytics into actionable recommendations rather than basic reporting.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the Food pod, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted consultative advisor.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across relevant platforms (paid search, social, programmatic display, video, CTV, digital OOH, in-store tactics), overseeing audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports that translate complex metrics into strategic client insights.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight: Oversee account budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend, align with client goals, and present strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Product, Yield) and external agencies to align on media strategy, asset trafficking, QA processes, and execution SLAs.
  • Client Stewardship: Lead client calls, meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, demonstrating strong executive presence and expertise in media tactics.

What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing or consulting on digital media campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • Media Acumen: Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR) and media math for optimization.
  • Client Management: Proven client-facing experience, including proactive risk identification, solution development, and presentation skills.
  • Project Management: Capability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguous situations, and manage complex, multi-variable priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.

Bonus Points

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • A proven track record of influencing advertiser investments through strategic media recommendations.
