Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for a number of operational functions to ensure smooth administrative operations of the Hepatology home team. The main job responsibilities will include scheduling and liaison for procedures, daily review of work queues , review of the clinic and procedure schedules to maximize provider productivity, liaison with the Contact Center team , endoscopy unit and central authorization team on escalations and will be actively engaged in daily huddles, PDSA and other operation improvement activities.

Yes Coordinates daily clinic activities and monitors workflow of administrative services including patient registration and authorization, referral coordination, medical records storage and maintenance.
