The UCSF Center for Advancing Dyadic Care in Pediatrics (CADP) is expanding scope to include a focus on statewide adoption of Medi-Cal's Dyadic Services. We are growing our organization to accommodate this expanded strategic focus. To assist with meeting the new CADP strategic goals, we are seeking a technical leader with expertise in healthcare grant administration to fill a new role as Lead for the Grant Administration Workstream. The Workstream Lead will serve a critical leadership role in developing and carrying out the organization's strategic vision and mission. The Workstream Lead will occupy a key role in CADP grant and contract planning and problem-solving, which frequently requires analysis of unique issues, problems without precedent, and/or structure. The incumbent will manage workstreams within CADP, including grants and contracts that require formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources. The Workstream Lead will function with a high degree of autonomy and will collaborate closely with the CADP Director and workstream leads. As part of the Workstream Lead's role, they will oversee and manage project deliverables, which include the developmet and delivery of grant and contract deliverables. The Workstream Lead will collaborate closely with Third-Party Administrators and the workstream leads of Clinical Transformation/Technical Assistance and Population Health, Quality & Sustainability to ensure the contract goals are achieved, including the scale and spread of new Medi-Cal dyadic care services in pediatric primary care. In addition, the Workstream Lead will work with CADP leadership team to cultivate new partnership and funding relationships to support achieving the vision of the organization. The incumbent will work closely with the CADP Clinical Transformation & Technical Assistance workstream lead to ensure successful implementation of consultation and training strategies to accomplish grant/contract goals. The Workstream Lead will collaborate with the Workstream Lead of Population Health, Quality & Sustainability to ensure that measurement of impact aligns with grant/contract goals. The workstream lead may also supervise staff implementing the goals of the grant administartion workstream. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and has expertise and demonstrated work experience in large scale complex system management, grant/contract administration, strategic planning, fundraising, and implementation of grant programs within university, public health, community, and hospital setttings. They will be able to function independently and as part of a team. They will have experience with grant adminsitration for large county, statewide or national programs, supervision and workforce development, program development and grant management. It is preferred that the candidate have experience with public health and Medicaid settings. Experience in trauma-informed systems is preferred. As part of an academic medical center based at a public health medical center, this position will have the opportunity to participate in professional development and educational efforts across the various departmental, university, and Department of Public Health programs.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
