Your role
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing the highest levels of field service support which will directly drive the development and growth of Edwards sales and service business. Areas of support typically cover installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of all Edwards products, with key areas of focus being Safety, Quality and Customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities:
To succeed, you will need You have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical discipline or global equivalent in education or experience and 10 or more years of professional experience within Technical Support environment with two years experience in a management or leadership role.
