$26.60/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

About the Role

What You'll Do:


  • Lead, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities for the Quality Assurance team
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to ensure success
  • Inspect, test, and troubleshoot product quality concerns and help identify solutions
  • Monitor employee performance and promote a positive, accountable work environment
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between shifts and departments
  • Manage laboratory supplies, maintain equipment, and monitor chemical inventories
  • Promote and enforce quality, GMP, food safety, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors throughout the facility to support operational excellence
  • Step in to perform technician and blender duties when needed
  • Help foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and shared success
