HR Clerk to partner with OK International Human Resources Generalist in all aspects of managing human capital, such as talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, recruitment support & screening candidates, positive employee relations initiatives and programs, building training and development and help on a tactical level to drive the overall organizational development needs. To provide transactional support on payroll and benefits. Process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement on day-to-day tasks. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and HR Support Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting efforts, manage open requisitions, run job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and more.
- Oversee postings on the Indeed and LinkedIn recruiter websites and maintain updates on HR Central, ensuring compliance with applicant tracking and reporting requirements.
- Ensure that Dover and local compliance training programs (e.g., Integrity Counts) are delivered and monitored effectively.
- Prepare employment offers and process background checks as needed.
- Collaborate with new hires on organizational announcements.
- Coordinate new hire paperwork, assimilation documents, and job description signoffs.
- Process HRC transactions such as Spot Awards, Manager Changes, and ETime badges.
- Maintain personnel files on SharePoint.
- Manage and conduct the New Hire Orientation process and related paperwork.
- Ensure I-9 compliance is maintained.
- Process employment verifications and EDD claims.
- Track new hire 90-day reviews and performance goals.
- Support QBR activities and luncheons.
- Assist the Engagement Committee by ordering supplies, preparing event flyers, and planning events.
- Prepare separation transactions in HRC.
- Generate department reports as required.
- Process payroll, create eTime reports, and update reports for finance and safety.
- Prepare annual holiday schedules and payroll calendars.
- Support skip-level meetings and other gatherings.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities.
- Conduct HR audits and manage special projects.
- Participate in year-end HR planning.
- Maintain accuracy in the organizational chart and employee photos.
- Handle all break room postings, as well as labor law and annual state postings.
- Maintain and track agency contracts and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Ensure training compliance in the Learning Management System (LMS) by sending out reminders.
- Process badges for employees.
- Track anniversaries, prepare certificates, and process HRC service awards.
- Manage commission payments in HRC.
- Schedule 45-day feedback sessions and 90-day performance evaluations.
- Coordinate flu shot and wellness events.
- Conduct My Dover new hire orientation, covering dashboards, advertisements, eTime, 401(k), benefits, taxes, and more.
- Manage celebrations at Dover and temporary billing with DBS.
- Source and interview hourly candidates, reviewing applicant traffic to ensure the talent strategy achieves the desired outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when addressing employee relations issues and investigations.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities related to new hires, terminations, transfers, or changes.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related HR or Admin experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's in HR preferred.
