Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Membership Sales Manager for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!

The Membership Sales Manager is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service to current members, prospective members, and guests of Barton Creek Country Club. This role focuses on recruiting and enrolling new members, achieving membership sales goals, and maintaining membership records with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
* Actively recruit and enroll new members to achieve and exceed membership sales goals.
* Ensure a seamless enrollment process and maintain meticulous membership records in compliance with organizational standards. This includes file maintenance and data entry.
* Maintain and organize the prospect database, leveraging system functionality to track leads, generate reports, and optimize workflow.
* Represent the Club in community activities and organizations to build awareness and generate prospective membership leads.
* Actively participate in Club events, particularly golf tournaments, contributing ideas and assisting with first-class member experiences.
* Work alongside the Director of Club Membership & Operations to develop innovative programs and social media campaigns that enhance awareness and brand recognition.
* Stay informed about Club bylaws, policies, and rules.
* Keep updated materials on competing country clubs and their offerings to maintain competitive positioning.
* Provide accurate and timely reports to the Director of Club Membership & Operations.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
* Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop membership sales professionals.
* Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
* Monitor individual and team activity, including calls, appointments, tours, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
* Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service.
* Provide ongoing sales training focused on consultative selling, objection handling, closing techniques, and relationship development.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for senior leadership.
* Track and report key performance indicators, including lead volume, appointment rates, tour-to-close conversion, new memberships, revenue, and retention.
* Ensure enrollment practices and membership agreements comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
Qualifications:
* 7 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a country club or similar environment.
* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Meticulous in file maintenance and data entry.
* Strong creativity and keen attention to detail.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
* Proven ability to write detailed reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a member-centric mindset.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to travel as business needs require.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
* Capacity to lift and move moderate weights as necessary.
Working Environment
* Primarily based in an indoor clubhouse facility.
* Frequent property tours, interacting with potential and current members.
Tools & Equipment
* Standard office equipment, including a computer, printer, copier, and telephone.
