Overview of this Position: The Head of Supply Chain will design, execute, and scale the end-to-end global supply chain strategy across the enterprise. This high-impact executive role owns the integration of material management, procurement, warehousing, and multi-site logistics. Crucially, this position carries full accountability for establishing, executing, and evolving GRAM's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, harmonizing client demand forecasts while challenging capacity constraints. Additionally, this position is responsible for all Client Service, Master Data, Procurement and Inventory Control functions. Furthermore, this role must establish goals and objectives, supervise work practices for direct reports, interpret and execute policies and procedures that typically affect organizational units. At the senior level, this position requires extensive independent judgment, ability to interact with senior leadership, plan and execute site strategy aligned to GRAM's vison and objectives.
