Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5






What work will you perform?


Provides a broad range of administrative and analytical support to the Chief Human Resource Officer. Performs highly confidential and complex administrative duties. Proactively keeps executive apprised of important items and their impacts using strategic thinking and information analysis. Serves as a buffer and liaison for the executive, responding to requests from internal and external parties. The successful candidate must be a creative problem-solver with proficiency in creating presentations, analyzing reports, and prioritizing competing priorities.



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the executive's office
  • Screens/handles executive phone calls
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments (for one or more executives)
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and presentations
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Code and process invoices for payment via automated system
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and completes expense reports
  • Perform data entry and file management tasks
  • Prepare budget spreadsheets and invoicing
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Other duties as assigned



Required Minimum Experience and Education:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • One year of experience supporting an executive



Preferred Experience and Education:



  • One year experience supporting the HR funtion



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


  • Proficient in all Office 365 applications including MS Teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expense Reporting
  • Ability in making, booking, and managing travel arrangements
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with DocuSign
