Job Description This role serves as a manager and mentor to Associate Engagement Managers and Engagement Managers, guiding them through challenges related to C-Track CMS and Case Center implementations. The Manager, Service Delivery will also partner with the Director, Implementation Services on forecasting, revenue planning, key project milestones, and risk management. Additionally, the Manager will personally define, scope, and lead one to two large, complex projects-typically spanning the full lifecycle from requirements to multi-phase deployment over several years-while collaborating with junior project managers and other professionals to ensure objectives are met. As a TRCMS Manager, Implementation Services, you will assume a leadership role in the organization responsible for managing/mentoring junior team members as well as crafting strategy for the Implementation portfolio in terms of project planning, revenue projection, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will provide professional and consulting services to customer engagements (programs/projects) and their associated team(s) for our Court Management Solutions productized offerings. As the 'face of Thomson Reuters', you will ensure the delivery of exceptional implementation and support services in a profitable manner. You will be working in a matrixed environment, leveraging resources across various disciplines. As a Manager, Implementation Services, you will be employing a 'product first' mindset and be responsible for executing the contractual obligations for assigned customers and delivering on business goals including client satisfaction, revenue generation, and end-to-end delivery. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $115,300 USD - $214,100 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
