The Lead Program Manager, Change Management, is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies for large-scale Gas operations initiatives across NY and MA. This role helps ensure new systems, changing technologies, process improvements, productivity initiatives and new ways of working are successfully adopted, sustained beyond implementation, and translated into measurable changes in behavior, leadership practices, operating routines, and business performance. The Lead Program Manager will work directly with frontline employees, supervisors, managers, operational leaders, program teams, and support functions to assess change readiness, identify adoption risks, support leaders through change, and implement practical interventions that help embed new ways of working into day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be a strong practitioner who can build relationships, influence stakeholders, solve adoption challenges, and help sustain change in a matrix operational environment.
