The Healthcare P&C specialty team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our powerhouse group of insurance professionals serving physicians, medical groups, hospitals, and healthcare facilities. Account managers are trusted partners managing client relationships, driving growth, and delivering high-touch service to our clients.

• Own and manage the service and renewal cycle for an assigned book of healthcare P&C accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with physician leaders, CEOs, CFOs, practice managers, administrators and risk managers - acting as their primary point of contact for all P&C insurance needs.
• Prepare for and join prospect calls, client meetings and renewal reviews
• Spot coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities
• Own renewal calendar and gather renewal data early to ensure timely placement
• Compare coverage and quotes each placement or renewal to ensure accuracy
• Prepare client ready summaries and proposals for new and existing clients
• Complete binding process and midterm changes
• Keep complete records in our AMS
• Protect client and carrier information as appropriate
• Proactively communicate internally and externally to ensure timely delivery of services

• Active P&C license
• Working knowledge of commercial coverage
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and EPIC is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively without dropping details

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
