The work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7am - 330pm. The first review of applications will be Thursday, September 24th, 2026. Job Description The Johnson County Aging & Human Services (AHS) Department is seeking a dynamic and energetic Nutrition Data Entry/Administrative Clerk who can touch lives and make a difference. The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging Nutrition Program is a team of approximately 25 staff who provide nutritious meals and other supports to 3500 older adults in the community. The Nutrition Data Entry/Administrative Clerk is responsible for helping ensure our Home-Delivered Meal participants receive the services and support they need. The role communicates with participants, coordinates service updates, maintains accurate records, enters and manages important program data, assists with reporting, and supports the day-to-day operations of the Nutrition Program.
Manage incoming nutrition calls and complete follow-ups with Home-Delivered Meal participants.
Job Requirements Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. May require KS/MO driver's license, depending on department or agency. Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency. Preferred Job Requirements: 6 months experience working with older adults One year of customer service Education/Experience Substitutions: Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Attention to detail Customer Service Human Relations and Interpersonal Skills Ability to maintain confidentiality All County employees may be called upon to assist other departments in a declared emergency situation. | |||||||||||||||||
