Description MaineHealth Corporate Management/Leadership Position Summary MaineHealth is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to oversee the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued growth of our Ambulatory Infusion Suite (AIS) program. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end infusion operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience from referral receipt through treatment completion. The Manager partners closely with pharmacy, nursing, providers, revenue cycle, and administrative teams to optimize patient access, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing complex healthcare operations, building high-performing teams, and driving program growth. This leader will play a key role in advancing ambulatory infusion services through operational excellence, standardization, innovation, and the development of new care delivery models across MaineHealth. They have a track record of successfully leading complex operations, implementing scalable processes, and fostering collaboration across multiple disciplines. Experience supporting ambulatory infusion services, specialty pharmacy, medication access, or related healthcare programs is highly desirable. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
