The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a detail-oriented Growth Operations Analyst to own the operational mechanics that keep revenue moving cleanly through Outgo's systems. This person will sit at the intersection of Operations, Sales, and RevOps - executing buyout agreements, managing pricing and promotional exceptions through the deal desk, and keeping HubSpot workflows and CRM data accurate and trustworthy. If you're energized by process, precision, and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Buyouts

Own the execution and workflow of buyout agreements, acting as the connective tissue between Operations, Sales, and RevOps.

  • Contract execution: Execute contractual buyout agreements via DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Cross-functional bridge: Serve as the connective point between Operations, Sales, and RevOps throughout the buyout process, keeping all parties aligned on status and next steps.
  • Workflow management: Manage the end-to-end buyout workflow, including collecting documentation from previous factors and reviewing and analyzing aging reports to inform buyout decisions.

Deal Desk

Manage pricing exceptions and partner with Sales on data-driven retention conversations.

  • Temporary pricing: Track temporary pricing arrangements across accounts, ensuring visibility and timely follow-up.
  • Special promotions: Manage special promotions extended to customers, ensuring terms are applied correctly and tracked to completion.
  • Pricing analysis & retention support: Analyze customer pricing and work with Sales on retention efforts, surfacing pricing levers that support at-risk or strategic accounts.

HubSpot

Keep Sales workflows and CRM data clean, accurate, and running smoothly.

  • Sales workflows: Manage and maintain Sales workflows within HubSpot, ensuring automations run as intended and process gaps are flagged and fixed.
  • CRM accuracy: Maintain clean records and ensure CRM deal accuracy, acting as a steward of data quality across the deal lifecycle.

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets), including comfort with formulas and structured data review.
  • Experience with project trackers (Notion or similar tools).
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills, with the ability to review reports (e.g., aging reports, pricing data) and translate findings into action.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workflows across teams without letting anything slip.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and RevOps, and able to communicate status and blockers clearly.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for coordinating across teams and documenting processes.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience within a factoring, transportation finance, or freight brokerage environment.
  • Familiarity with contract execution tools such as DocuSign.
  • Experience supporting or building deal desk, pricing exceptions, or buyout workflows.
  • Experience maintaining or optimizing HubSpot workflows and CRM hygiene at scale.
