WHAT WE OFFER This internship provides a motivated student with hands-on experience across two core HR functions: People Development/Learning and HR Business Partnering. The intern will contribute to active projects and operational priorities while also supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities. The role is designed to expose the intern to the breadth of HR's work at Covestro and may include additional projects as business needs arise. This role sits within the North American HR team and contributes equally to the People Development & Learning function and the HR Business Partner function. The intern reports to an HR manager and collaborates with HR Partners, Learning Partners, and program owners across multiple US locations. Responsibilities:
