Sr. Estimator/Principal I

We are looking for a senior estimator to support a new engineering and construction project.

Specifically, we need candidates that can perform the following functions:

Work to produce an independent cost estimate on a new facility. Work with engineering and

construction vendors on quotes and specs. The independent cost estimate will be used to validate

engineering and construction costs provided by vendors. Responsibilities could also include

component pricing and estimate, as well as check vendor schedules.

Qualifications

B.S. degree preferred

20+ years' experience in Engineering and Construction projects

Position Requirements (Special Training/License): Independent cost estimating

experience.

Essential Job Functions: Produce independent cost estimating package to our client.
