What You'll Do: Clean and maintain assigned areas throughout University facilities. Sweep, mop, buff, and spray buff floors and vacuum rugs and carpets as needed. Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces. Replenish supplies to ensure assigned areas remain fully stocked and operational. Wash windows, walls, and other designated surfaces. Collect, transport, and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials. Sanitize waste containers in accordance with health and safety standards. Maintain accurate logs of service requests, calls received, and items placed in storage. Assist with packing, unpacking, receiving, issuing, and transporting materials and supplies. Support the movement and transfer of equipment, supplies, and materials among departments. Monitor inventory needs and communicate reordering requirements. Follow established safety procedures, infection prevention practices, and departmental guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Education/Training Work requires the ability to understand and follow instructions generally acquired through a partial high school education.
