The vision of Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division is to be the global leader in the design, development, manufacture, and service of engine fuel, lubrication, and thermal management systems and components for aerospace/defense and industrial applications. By leveraging our expertise in analysis, atomization, combustion, fluid metering, and control - coupled with enterprise excellence - we will exceed customer expectations and achieve our business objectives.

SUMMARY:

Lead purchasing, planning, and distribution center teams to ensure the effective end-to-end flow of materials and information from customer demand through procurement and delivery by driving the SIOP process. Oversee planning, shipping/receiving, and inventory operations through matrix collaboration with business units and support functions, while providing direct leadership for all on-site supply chain activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead logistics, distribution, purchasing, planning and materials flow activities to ensure the efficient movement of products and information from customer demand through warehousing, transportation, and final delivery.
  • Provide matrix leadership across planning, operations, customer service, and distribution functions to support divisional sales objectives, improve responsiveness, and achieve on-time customer delivery targets.
  • Drive execution of the SIOP process to align customer demand, inventory strategy, capacity, and distribution resources in support of business and operational goals.
  • Ensure divisional materials management and distribution practices align with corporate inventory control objectives, operational standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Facilitate corporate supply chain initiatives that improve cost, standardization, inventory efficiency, network alignment, and overall logistics performance across the division repair site locations.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control operations to ensure service excellence, accurate transactions, effective space utilization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Transportation spend analysis to identify cost savings across repair locations.
  • Establish and monitor logistics and distribution performance metrics to improve delivery reliability, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution processes, including transportation, warehouse operations, material handling, and internal product flow.
  • Support the development and implementation of automated systems and tools that enhance visibility, planning, and control of material movement from order receipt through shipment and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • Industry relevant certifications desired (i.e. APICS)
  • 8+ years logistics/supply chain experience
  • Proven track record of exceeds on performance evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Assertive, strong initiative, highly organized, customer focused
  • Collaborative in a matrix-oriented environment
