Payment Support Specialist I

The Payment Support Specialist I provides operational support for payment-related services, including EFTs, share drafts, wires, member account research, and ACH-related inquiries. This position researches and resolves member and employee requests, processes assigned payment support activities, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements while safeguarding member information. The role supports ACH operations but does not perform ACH file processing, transmission, balancing, or reconciliation.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

One (1) year of related experience in financial institution or general accounting.
