Summary:
The purpose of the Administrative Supervisor role is to act as the clinical and administrative resource for Lenoir Memorial Hospital and its staff during the absence of the senior management team.

Responsibilities:
Patients and families are served in providing direct patient care services. Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relations in a manner designed to project a positive image of the hospital. Collaborates with staff, physicians, and other health care team members.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
5 years experience in the clinical setting required.

LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION
Currently licensed as an RN in the state of North Carolina.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as critical thinking skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to blood borne pathogens requiring the use of protective equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
Standing and walking throughout shift.
