Production Specialist Responsibilities: - Gather materials for assembly teams and verify work orders to ensure accuracy - Conduct visual inspections of parts to confirm quality standards are met - Move finished products to the paint area and organize them by paint type and scheduled dates - Support and uphold the department's 5S and housekeeping requirements - Complete training and assist with assembly-related responsibilities as needed, including NEMA assembly, motor end bell turning, and other assembly operations - Contribute actively to company initiatives focused on suggestions, quality improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction efforts Requirements for Production Specialist: - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Ability to stand on feet and move around for 8 to 12 hours QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
