As a Security Officer Overnight Diagnostic Company Vehicle Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and patients. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and care while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative values.

Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, donors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor management in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
