As a key driver of content creation and production, you will lead projects and teams, ensuring impactful results. You will contribute to long-term strategy, producing content and media that addresses the needs of multiple audience types. Leveraging your expertise in content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations, you will act as a subject matter specialist. You will generate innovative ideas to solve highly complex product, design, or production problems, anticipating and addressing future issues. Through influencing and collaborating across technical and production teams, you will build strong internal and external relationships, enhance production plans, drive technical and creative visions, and craft compelling stories. You will champion an inclusive environment, encouraging psychological safety, facilitating inclusive decision-making, and actively mitigating biases to ensure every team member feels they belong and can contribute their best.

Key Responsibilities



  • Drive the project roadmap, developing and incorporating innovative solutions to complex problems, and suggesting creative production techniques to achieve objectives without compromising excellence.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party agencies, partners, internal teams, and other platform resources, assessing creative and production proposals.
  • Lead complex content creation projects and manage content creation teams, devising creative solutions and overseeing their execution from conception to launch.
  • Influence work groups and project outcomes by defining strategy for creative content production and leading the development of style, processes, or templates.
  • Drive the creative and technical vision for content to align with strategic goals, conduct interviews and screenings across disciplines, and direct creative and technical changes for optimal project development.
  • Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and codes of conduct. Champion and create psychological safety within the team, ensuring multiple perspectives thrive, being sensitive to cultural norms and expectations, and actively mitigating biases while fostering learning about new identities and cultures.
