What You'll Do



  • Drive critical insights through advanced analytics, comprehensive reporting, and intelligent automation specifically for technology capacity planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technology leadership, corporate strategy, finance, and enterprise reporting stakeholders to significantly enhance visibility into resource capacity, demand, delivery metrics, and key operational insights.
  • Develop robust analytics solutions from conception to implementation, including comprehensive capacity analytics, meticulous data preparation, impactful dashboard creation, and efficient process automation.
  • Proactively gather detailed requirements from diverse stakeholders, expertly translating their analytical needs into highly effective and tailored reporting solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets sourced from various enterprise systems to pinpoint critical trends, identify patterns, and uncover significant opportunities for optimization.
  • Design, build, and enhance data workflow automation tools, dramatically streamlining data processing, integration, and reporting cycles.
  • Create insightful and highly interactive dashboards using leading business intelligence platforms, effectively visualizing key performance indicators and critical metrics.
  • Uphold the highest standards of data quality and integrity through rigorous validation processes and proactive troubleshooting of any reporting discrepancies or issues.
  • Document repeatable processes and methodologies meticulously, ensuring consistency, ease of maintainability, and seamless knowledge transfer across teams.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an analytics developer with a strong, demonstrable focus on data preparation, impactful dashboard development, and efficient process automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to expertly gather complex requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and translate them into precise, effective technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large and complex data sets sourced from various enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in building, enhancing, or maintaining data workflow automation tools.
  • Skilled in developing intuitive and interactive dashboards using leading data visualization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data quality validation methodologies, proficient in troubleshooting reporting issues, and committed to ensuring data integrity.
  • Excellent documentation skills, capable of creating clear and comprehensive documentation for repeatable processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with diverse technical teams and senior leadership.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM) tools.
