Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an Experience Producer to support the planning and execution of customer and executive engagements within our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in Morrisville, NC. The Experience Producer translates approved customer engagement strategies into executable experiences, owning the operational planning, coordination, and readiness required for seamless delivery.

Working across Customer Engagement, Storytelling, Experience Technology, Guest Experience, Sales, Marketing, presenters, and agency partners, the Experience Producer brings the individual components of an engagement together into a coordinated production plan. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who can manage multiple engagements simultaneously, anticipate operational risks, and ensure every detail is ready for successful execution.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop production plans that translate approved customer engagement strategies into executable customer experiences.

  • Coordinate operational planning activities, including project timelines, logistics, presenter coordination, production schedules, meeting readiness, and execution planning.

  • Coordinate operational activities across Customer Engagement, Storytelling, Experience Technology, Guest Experience, Sales, Marketing, presenters, and agency partners to ensure successful engagement delivery.

  • Execute operational readiness activities by confirming logistics, technology, presenters, meeting environments, production requirements, and customer experience details prior to engagement execution.

  • Maintain production documentation, operational templates, execution checklists, schedules, and engagement records using established operational standards.

  • Monitor engagement readiness, identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues that could impact the customer experience.

  • Evaluate engagement execution and recommend operational improvements based on lessons learned and customer feedback.

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve production planning, scheduling, documentation, and operational efficiency.

  • Support operational excellence by consistently applying established production methodologies and execution standards.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer engagement, events, marketing, communications, production operations, project management, or a related field.

  • Experience managing customer events, executive engagements, production operations, or similarly complex projects.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and operational planning skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.

  • Experience developing production schedules, operational documentation, and execution plans.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience producing executive briefings, customer engagements, events, or other complex customer-facing programs.

  • Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience working with event technology, production environments, meeting operations, or customer experience programs.

  • Experience working with agency partners, presenters, Sales, Marketing, or executive stakeholders.

  • Experience utilizing AI, project management platforms, collaboration technologies, and digital productivity tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate operational challenges and develop solutions before they impact execution.

Work Location Requirement: This role is based in Lenovo's Morrisville, NC Executive Briefing Center and requires a minimum of three days per week onsite, in alignment with Lenovo's hybrid work policy. Due to the customer-facing nature of the role, onsite presence is required whenever the Executive Briefing Center is open and supporting customer engagements. In practice, this role should expect to work onsite approximately 4-5 days per week based on the EBC schedule.
