Production Team Lead

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional training in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or business administration is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or distribution experience required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software preferred
• Experience processing shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and inventory adjustments
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods

Job Duties

• Lead and support daily warehouse office and inventory control operations
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse management systems
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, transfers, receipts, and inventory adjustments
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve system-related issues
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, team leads, and customer service representatives to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Generate and distribute reports related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and productivity metrics
• Train and support team members on warehouse systems, processes, and procedures
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards
• Prioritize workload, assign tasks, and support daily operational goals
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
