Position Summary AAC is seeking software engineer II and III candidates for its various locations. The software engineer designs, develops and modifies software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Coordinates software system installations and monitors equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. Involved with the design, development, analysis, testing and debugging of computer software applications and/or systems. May include Image and Signal Processing, Real-time, Firmware, Nuclear/Hi-Rel, FAA Certified, Database Design, Operating Systems, Operator/Machine Interface, or others. Develop software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Determine hardware compatibility. Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:
The annualized pay range for this role is$80,000 - $120,000 USD, commensurate with job level determined at the time of hiring. This role may be eligible for a discretionary target incentive compensation plan.The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above. AAC considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, geographic location, education/training, and key skills.
