Description Your Role Overall Focus: Events, culture, community, and hospitality We are seeking an exceptional hospitality professional to shape every touchpoint of the client, guest, and workplace experience. This highly visible role brings the instincts, warmth, and standards of high-end hospitality to a creative, fast-paced environment. The person in this role will oversee client and VIP events and visits, front-of-house experience, special events, workplace hospitality, and key cultural moments for our employees and internal community. This role will work closely with Office Managing Directors to ensure all efforts are aligned with the office vision and strategic goals. The role will also engage with leadership from our Marketing and Communications teams to support community engagement and external events, with light support for PR. The ideal candidate combines warmth with executive presence and exceptional attention to detail, anticipates needs, reads a room, and understands how small touches can make a meaningful impact.
