Scope of Position The Director, Digital Marketing, Operations & Analytics is a senior, business-oriented digital marketing leader responsible for defining and scaling the digital experience, marketing technology, analytics and marketing operations capabilities that strengthen customer engagement, demand creation and commercial performance across the Americas. This role leads a shared-services Center of Excellence that partners with regional marketing, product marketing, sales, customer experience, IT and commercial teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey, modernize digital platforms, increase discoverability, enable ecommerce and digital marketing channel growth, and translate data into actionable business insight. The leader is expected to build high-performing teams, establish clear governance, advance AI-enabled ways of working and ensure Watts' digital experience reflects the quality, reliability and innovation of the brand.
- This positionis responsible forthe leadership and development of digital marketing experience, analytics, CRM, marketingoperationsand related team members.
- This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
- This role can be remote within the United States with up to 30% travel.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the multi-year strategy and operating roadmap for digital experience, marketing operations, CRM, analytics, marketing technology, AI-enabled capability building and digital channel enablement across the Americas.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team responsible for website operations, user experience, content enablement, SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, project delivery and marketing technology platforms.
- Own the strategy for Watts digital properties, including customer journey design, user experience, search discoverability, conversion optimization, personalization, accessibility and site performance.
- Advance ecommerce and digital channel growth by partnering with sales, channel, product and commercial teams to improve product content, digital merchandising, lead capture, customer acquisition and engagement.
- Oversee marketing technology architecture, CRM integration, marketing automation, lead management processes, data governance standards and vendor performance.
- Build executive-level dashboards, attribution models and reporting structures that connect digital engagement, campaign performance, pipeline influence, customer behavior and marketing investment to business results.
- Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, service level expectations and intake/prioritization processes that enable consistent support for stakeholders across brands, regions and functions.
- Drive AI and automation adoption to improve productivity, speed to market, campaign effectiveness, content creation, insight generation and customer engagement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to regional and global stakeholders, translating commercial priorities into digital capabilities, measurable initiatives and clear execution plans.
- Manage agency, consulting and technology partnerships, including scopes of work, budgets, performance expectations and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties assigned by the Vice President, Marketing - Americas.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 30% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing, digital experience, ecommerce, marketing operations, analytics, CRM, marketing technology or customer experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading managers, developing talent and building high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience building or transforming a digital marketing, ecommerce, customer experience or marketing operations function in a complex, multi-brand or matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of website strategy, user experience, customer journey optimization, SEO/SEM, digital campaign performance and conversion improvement.
- Hands-on leadership experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, web content management systems, data governance practices and marketing technology/vendor ecosystems.
- Strong ability to connect digital activity to business outcomes through dashboards, attribution, financial analysis, executive reporting and actionable insights.
- Executive communication, change leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to influence sales, marketing, product, IT, finance and operations leaders.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the building products, manufacturing, industrial, commercial construction or durable goods sectors.
- Experience leading a Digital Marketing or Digital Experience Center of Excellence supporting multiple brands, business units or regions.
- Experience supporting ecommerce growth, digital merchandising, product information management, distributor/channel enablement or marketplace optimization.
- Advanced understanding of customer journey mapping, content strategy, personalization, web analytics, SEO/SEM and marketing performance optimization.
- Experience using AI, automation and modern marketing technologies to improve productivity, decision making and customer engagement.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, analytics, technology or a related discipline.

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at any Watts Water location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.
