YOUR IMPACT

Are you looking to broaden your technical understanding of Syndicated Bank Loans and Administrative Agency functions? You will have the opportunity to learn about the Firm's risk exposure and operational processes related to syndicated loan administration, notice delivery, and lender position management as the Administrative Agent. The position includes helping drive the strategy of an evolving organization and partnering with stakeholders to meet the needs of the business to manage risk of multiple processes that span the life cycle of a syndicated bank loan. This includes regular interaction with various middle office teams, front office desks, and servicing teams, as well as technology, legal, and compliance.

The team is seeking a skilled professional who will provide business insights for data-driven decisions. In this role, you will apply your quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills to support the various business units and clients. You will also play a key role in suggesting and implementing process improvements for the team to mitigate risks and enhance the overall client experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Review Credit Agreements and other deal documents to assist with the firm's obligations as the Administrative Agent.
  • Manage and coordinate lender email queries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication between the borrower and syndicate of lenders.
  • Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of administrative notices (e.g., interest rate resets, rollovers, and payment notices) to syndicate lenders.
  • Collect lender account tax documentation (e.g., W-8 and W-9 forms) to ensure regulatory and institutional compliance.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and confirmations of syndicated bank loan positions across the stakeholder groups.
  • Resolve complex inquiries and customer service issues through full ownership and resolution. Make sound decisions while balancing risk with opportunity.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.



Basic Qualifications

  • Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong data processing skills.
  • Ability to work within a high-risk environment to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers, and other stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering.
  • Experience working with Banking or Financial markets.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements with full testing traceability.
