The Inventory Control Processor will be responsible for inventory tracking and control of raw materials and finished goods. Incumbent will manage inventory through a database and routinely perform cycle counts to maintain appropriate levels. The Inventory Processor must follow inventory procedures to ensure proper accuracy and retention of records. Additional Information Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm This position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.
- Ensure correct data entry of requisitions for plant expense items, maintenance parts, or expense item receipts
- Ensure accurate receipt of raw materials in QAD and timely receipt of maintenance parts
- Prompt and courteous communications with site and suppliers
- Perpetual inventory integrity through cycle counts
- Participate in projects/special assignments
- Run negative inventory report,investigateand make inventory adjustments as needed
- Perform cycle counting, reconcile reports and record documentation
- Assist in receipts of purchase orders
- Investigate of receipts, open orders, invoices
- Entering batch tickets
- Order manufacturing inventory and supplies
- Accounts Receivable
- Meet or exceed site cost savings objectives.
- Support and achieve plant and/or division goals.
- Coordinate integration of continuous improvement tools and resources.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned Operations and Quality Control duties as well as special projects.
- Contribution to the site's overall objectives by maintaining a positive employee relations culture
- Demonstrate the ability to display a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in communication both internally and with customers
- Effective use of resources to efficiently manage daily operations
- Help maintain a safe work environment
- Ensure data integrity of all systems and records accessed
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Preferred Qualifications
- Have bachelor's degree or higher.
- Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership roles(s), supervising others, or leading teams
