Job Description: OFFICE LOCATION: SCOPE/CONTACTS: The Retail Administrator provides support to the Regional Retail Manager and assists with the execution of retail banking initiatives across an assigned region. This position serves as a resource to branch leadership and retail employees by helping promote operational consistency, policy adherence, customer service standards, employee development, and regional priorities. The Retail Administrator works closely with the Regional Retail Manager, branch leadership, retail employees, and internal support departments to help ensure effective communication, follow-up, and execution of retail objectives. This role is designed to provide regional support while also creating an additional development opportunity within the retail banking career path. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
