Accounting Manager, CEC

Position Summary

Accounting Manager is responsible for all accounting requirements needed within the CEC. The position will require a strong desire to complete tasks and deliver solutions to the clients and vendors

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversees the daily operations relating to AP and AR for clients, vendors and DAR PRO Solutions
• Reviews customized Reporting required by clients
• Researches and works to resolve invoice discrepancies with Vendors
• Manages AR collections
• Assists team with reconcile of payment applications
• Works closely with Darling facilities monitoring the CEC account setups in oracle
• Reviews monthly pricing for National and NSC accounts
• Prepares Revenue Accruals
• Manages and review of cash applications for National and NSC accounts
• Manages customer portals for Invoice and data uploads
• Assists in requests from both internal and external auditors
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting field, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong organizational skills along with problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills necessary
• Strong skills and vast experience in use of Excel
• Able to meet deadlines with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
