Your Job As an HR Business Partner supporting the Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU), you will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, helping shape talent strategies, organizational design, and employee development initiatives that support a rapidly growing business. You will partner closely with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and key talent initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, rotational programs, and university recruiting efforts. Leveraging data and insights, you will influence workforce planning, talent reviews, retention strategies, and other people-related decisions that support long-term business growth. In this highly visible role, you'll proactively identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and help build the talent capabilities needed to achieve the organization's goals.
Our Team You will join the HR team supporting Molex's Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU), a fast-growing organization focused on enabling next-generation optical connectivity solutions. This role is dedicated to supporting the Wavelengths business, partnering closely with engineering, product management, and technical marketing leaders primarily based in Fremont, CA, while collaborating with HR partners across North America. As a trusted business partner and the primary HR resource for Wavelengths leadership, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, developing future leaders, and helping the organization scale for continued growth. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment where initiative, curiosity, and innovative ideas are encouraged and valued.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
