What You'll Work On
- Manage and validate monthly data from global retail partnerships, ensuring all submissions are complete, accurate, properly uploaded, and ready for in-depth analysis.
- Support monthly business reporting, dashboard creation, and the generation of performance insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses for quarterly partner business meetings, highlighting performance trends, identifying opportunities, and outlining key discussion points.
- Assist with retail fee processes, including annual retail revenue accruals and the validation of partner sales data crucial for fee calculations.
- Contribute to building bottoms-up annual financial targets and revenue plans at the store level.
- Support the onboarding of new partners onto business analytics platforms, reporting processes, and tools.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to store performance, revenue generation, partner trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- Proactively identify data-quality issues, reporting gaps, and potential process risks, escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Maintain recurring monthly and quarterly reporting processes and business management rhythms.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy.
What You Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, retail analytics, commercial reporting, finance support, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and extensive experience managing and analyzing complex business data.
- Proficiency with leading business intelligence and dashboard tools.
- Strong capability to validate, reconcile, clean, and manage recurring business data sets.
- Proven experience preparing performance reports, identifying key trends, and effectively communicating insights to business stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage recurring monthly and quarterly deliverables.
- Ability to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively support multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.
What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)
- Experience working with retail, wholesale, partner, e-commerce, apparel, footwear, or consumer business data.
- Experience connecting business intelligence tools to underlying data sources and facilitating data flow between systems or platforms.
- Experience building, cleaning, validating, and troubleshooting datasets.
- Familiarity with financial planning, revenue forecasting, sales reporting, or store-level performance analysis.
- Experience supporting a large global retail or consumer brand.
