Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a Senior Manager, PostMerger Integration (PMI) to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group Strategy Office and lead end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions, ensuring Day 1 readiness and sustained value capture through the first 12-24 months. This role drives a structured integration approach across strategy, operating model, people, process, technology, and customer experience-balancing speed with risk management and compliance. The PMI Program Manager translates deal intent into executable workstreams, builds governance and reporting that executives can trust, and ensures cross-functional accountability across teams without direct authority.

Key responsibilities

  • Integration Planning, Operating Model & Benefits
    • Own end-to-end integration plan from pre-close through stabilization (Day 1, 100-day plan, 12-24 month roadmap).
    • Convert deal thesis into an executable benefits plan (synergy targets, timing, owners, assumptions) and keep it current.
  • Systems & Process Integration Delivery
    • Lead integration across core enterprise processes and enabling platforms. Drive process harmonization (target-state design, controls, decision rights) and coordinate implementation (interfaces, data migration, testing, training, adoption).
  • Governance, Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Stand up and run IMO governance; Provide executive-ready updates with clear options, tradeoffs, and recommendations; drive accountability through influence.
  • Risk, Controls & Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate integration risks in partnership with Security/Legal/Compliance to ensure required guardrails are built in.
  • Reusable Assets & Continuous Improvement
    • Create and maintain reusable integration assets (playbooks, templates, dashboards) to increase speed, quality, and repeatability across deals.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or 8+ years in corporate strategy/operations transformation roles for global organizations
* Evidence of program management, transformation, systems/process integration, or enterprise PMO roles.
* Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream integrations across business operations.
* Demonstrated ability to lead through influence at senior levels, driving accountability without direct authority.
* Strong critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and quantitative problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner; strong executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

* PMI experience supporting $100M-$B+ acquisitions or similarly complex transformations.
* Experience in enterprise technology / infrastructure operating models (hardware + services, global supply chains, support operations).
