Your Role As a Studio Coordinator on Gensler's Global Talent team, you will provide administrative, operational, and program coordination support for firmwide talent initiatives. Working closely with Global Talent leaders, regional leadership teams, and stakeholders across the globe, you will help deliver programs, manage communications, coordinate logistics, and support the successful administration of Gensler's Subject Matter Expertise (SME)/Strategic Hire Programs and other strategic people priorities. This is a global role requiring collaboration with team members, leaders, and stakeholders across multiple regions, cultures, and time zones. **The compensation range is estimated to be between $75k-$85k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent upon relevant experience.
