We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and brand-obsessed Senior Director, Employee Engagement & Marketing to lead and elevate how we drive employee awareness, enrollment, and usage of employer-sponsored Bright Horizons benefits. This role leads B2B2C marketing-partnering with employers (B2B) while marketing directly to their employees (B2C) to increase benefit adoption. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week at our headquarters in Newton, MA. At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position. Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $148,000-$169,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
