Sales Account Representative

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Account Representative, you'll drive growth and strengthen customer relationships across the Metro Chicago market. You'll support retail accounts, execute sales and merchandising strategies, and identify new business opportunities to expand Kemps' presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts, balancing customer needs with company goals.
• Execute sales calls, promotions, merchandising activities, and impactful product displays.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective and existing customers.
• Present new products and programs to increase distribution and sales.
• Analyze sales and market data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with store managers, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Support store openings, product demonstrations, and special events.
• Resolve customer concerns related to pricing, credit, and collections.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience (6-7 years of relevant sales experience) will be considered.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within consumer-packaged goods (CPG).
• Proven ability to grow distribution, increase sales volume, and achieve results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.
• Residence within the Metro Chicago area.
