Student Worker - College of Business Dean's Office

The College of Business is seeking a professional, friendly student worker to serve as a welcoming face of the Dean's Office and support our administrative and event operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm, helpful attitude
  • Answer basic questions and direct students, faculty, staff, and guests
  • Assist with office tasks: organizing materials, stocking supplies, keeping common areas tidy, loading the copy machine, and managing light kitchen duties (coffee station, dishes, candy bowls)
  • Support event preparation and execution (e.g., printing/organizing name tags, assembling materials, working registration tables, and other assigned tasks)

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented students with a positive attitude who are willing to "jump in" and help wherever needed-especially during busy event days.

College of Business student workers must be capable of appropriately handling confidential information and must represent Lipscomb in both their appearance and work ethic. Applicant should be enrolled and in good standing as a Lipscomb University student.

The Dean's Office is looking for energetic, organized students who are willing to come help out with the day-to-day operations in the College of Business. Tasks will include helping on various projects, running errands, getting the mail, etc.

May be Federal Work Study eligible.
