Additionally, NFI Parts has extensive cross references for parts that are common with other bus, coach, and cutaway product lines and has a mature supply base and established relationships with over 1,000 suppliers. POSITION SUMMARY The Inventory Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately counting, verifying, recounting as needed, and researching discrepancies when inventory misalignments are identified. On low dollar discrepancies, they may also transact the inventory in Oracle. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Perform accurate daily ABC inventory cycle counts as required to support schedule of all necessary counts completed within a calendar year. * Perform accurate inventory backorder cycle counts and research discrepancies as needed. * Perform location sweep counts. * Conduct research on parts and/or designated locations. * Internal and external claim investigation/verification and stock resolution/inventory correction if needed. * Assist with identification of return to stock put away items as required. * Accurately transact inventory adjustments in Oracle as needed. * Re-identification of materials as required. * Correct any inventory issues found as cycle counts/sweeps are performed (i.e., mixed inventory, unidentified inventory, etc.). Never leave a known problem behind. * Certified to operate material handling equipment including reach truck and cherry picker. * Follow all safety rules and regulations. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 3 years Warehouse/Distribution or Inventory Control experience * Strong attention to detail * Excellent mathematical and measurement comprehension skills * Ability to perform accurate calculations * Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook * Experience with Oracle software preferred * Good problem solving and reasoning skills WHY JOIN OUR TEAM:
